I have NEVER experienced such bad service as in this restaurant! Actually, I just wanted to have a quick bite to eat in the beer garden after a nice day at the lake. Unfortunately, there is no menu on the outside, so I quickly looked into my cell phone, saw prices and (completely incomprehensible good) reviews and found them to be good, so I went in on the right, the door was open, there was no reference to any rules of conduct, and I did I sat down at an empty table, there were still glasses, bottles and ashtrays from the previous guest on the table. For 20 minutes none of the 3 waitresses saw me until I called my attention. The first waitress was friendly, but was surprised that I sat down at the table myself, normally you should come in from the left and be seated (how do you know that?) And gave me a card, but unfortunately it was now so dark that I had difficulty reading the map. After another 15 minutes, a second waitress finally came, who asked me again particularly snuggly whether I had seated myself or had I been assigned this seat. She took my order, the beer came in an acceptable time afterwards, but I had to wait 45 minutes for a € 15 salad that wasn't worth the money - a dreary lettuce with a few prawns on the outside! Just when my time limit to leave was reached, the salad came 2 minutes later and I would have been gone. At the next table sat a gentleman who had waited just as long for a coffee and dessert to be told that the dessert was not available at all, but was served an alternative, but was invited because of the long waiting time. I was curious to see if they might offer me that, after all, I was noticeably angry about it. However, I was not served by the friendly but rather the snappy wait staff. When the meal came I was asked if I would like to have another drink, ordered some more water with the meal, she asked large or small, ordered a large one, put a large bottle in front of me, and I only wanted a glass that It was exchanged, but pouring is also part of the service, everything was just put down carelessly. Only now were the glasses, bottles and ashtrays of the previous guest cleared after 80 minutes! Amazingly, the bill came extremely quickly after the meal, as soon as I was finished, I was asked by 2 waitresses within a minute, and the third, also friendly, waitress brought me the bills. I usually give a generous tip if the service is right or maybe order something again if I'm still hungry, but this time I had to do without both, it was a pure waste of time for me 1.5 hours for a salad and a beer, three times longer than in any other beer garden, plus a snappy waitress who carelessly puts everything in front of you, I then satisfied my remaining hunger at home, I couldn't have endured it there any longer. I would have liked to have used the Sunday evening better than sitting on hard chairs for so long. If your staff is overwhelmed you should increase! And another flaw that you are probably innocent of: the entire street in front of the restaurant was pitch black!

The restaurant is a bit hidden, but in a great location on the lake. The service is friendly and always made sure we had something to drink without having to be active. The food was good, even if the menu is very short. Somewhat saved on the topping of the Alsatian tarte flambée. Am can sit there relaxed until after sunset, but a couple of chair cushions would make it more comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Top location! Especially with kids. The staff is friendly and hard-working, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Keep it up!

I was in the SeeBlick restaurant on the recommendation of my friend Anna and was very satisfied. Great atmosphere, cleanliness, nice and courteous service staff and above all great food. I will definitely come again! Keep it up!

The name says it all. Beautiful view of the lake including sunset with good timing. Perfect for a cozy evening with friends / family and for all kinds of events. Food, drinks and service great. We would love to come back!

Restaurant was full, but we were still able to get drinks and enjoy the view of the lake on the beach chairs 😊

Very nice beer garden, great location right on the lake .......... very nice service and good food ......... BUT the organization and the operation was completely chaotic, which led to long waiting times and the orders were forgotten, the service was very inattentive - empty glasses just stop - you were never asked if you wanted to have a drink, etc. ....... unfortunately that was pretty much the worst thing I have ever done have experienced. Therefore only 3 stars!
